"High Five" in JMWW Fall Issue

Jen Michalski was kind enough to invite me to write a "High Five" column for jmww's Fall issue, and so I took the time to once again highlight the good work Everyday Genius has been doing, focusing my attention on work by Amelia Gray, Giancarlo DiTrapano, Catherine Moran, Sean Lovelace, and Stephen Graham Jones.

You can read the column by clicking here, and afterward be sure to check out the rest of the new issue, which includes new writing by Anne Germanacos, Simon A. Smith, Kyle Hemmings, Roxane Gay, Paula Bomer, Corey Mesler, Katherine Zlabek, Christian Bell, Luke Tennis, Amy MacLennan, J. Bruce Feller, Justin Hamm, Carolyn Srygley-Moore, Gary Lehmann, and Tim Conley, plus book reviews of Misfits and Other Heroes by Suzanne Burns, At the Threshold of Alchemy by John Amen, and Resurrection of the Dust by John McKernan.

Also, congratulations to David Erlewine, who recently joined jmww as their new flash fiction editor. David's an excellent writer himself, and I'm sure he'll make a valuable addition to this already great staff.
